Overview

Vercel is looking for a Technical Consultant to assist our Enterprise customers with technical problems and questions when using Vercel products and services, enhancing customer experience and satisfaction.

In Short

• Ensure Enterprise customers understand the value of the platform.
• Provide product expertise and strategic consultation.
• Conduct training sessions for Enterprise customers.
• Act as a technical authority during onboarding and pre-production calls.
• Deeply understand the Vercel platform and Next.js framework.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and external teams.
• Resolve immediate customer concerns with a long-term outlook.
• Specialize in specific product areas.
• Improve internal documentation and processes.
• Assist Customer Success Managers with Enterprise requests.

Requirements

• Lead by example and mentor junior team members.
• Understand modern web architecture and frontend development.
• Experience with incident management and communication.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Autonomy and comfort in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience working with a remote, distributed team.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer experience.
• Availability for weekend and on-call work.
• 3+ years in customer success or onboarding at a SaaS company.
• 5+ years in front-end web development or React.
