Vercel is seeking a Director of Global Payroll to develop and scale the payroll function, ensuring robust policies and compliance as the company grows.

• Oversee global payroll operations including US and international payroll.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPP or GPMI certification is a plus.
• 12+ years of payroll experience, with 5+ years in management.
• Experience managing global payroll operations.
• Understanding of payroll regulations across multiple countries.
• Proficiency with payroll systems like ADP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
