In Short

• The Project Manager will be accountable for the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional projects.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Lead project teams across multiple sites to achieve project goals.
• Monitor and maintain project progress according to key metrics.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and senior management.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of project management framework and tools.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Work with business leaders to align product/program roadmaps to goals.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a life-science environment.
• PMP, Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma or equivalent certification preferred.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences, computer science, engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
