Overview

As a Renewals Specialist at Veracode, you will provide high standards of service to customers, managing their renewal processes and enhancing their experience with the Veracode platform.

• Manage a portfolio of customer renewals end-to-end.
• Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams for seamless support.
• Identify and manage client stakeholders and build relationships.
• Review contract terms and ensure compliance.
• Identify opportunities to broaden customer use of the Veracode platform.
• Collect and share customer feedback with internal teams.
• Support the growth and automation of renewal processes.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in high tech, software, or SaaS.
• Effective customer-facing communication skills.
• Proven success working directly with customers.
• Ability to engage across corporate functions.
