In Short

• Provide process or hydrocarbon process industry technical support to the commercial sales team and develop improvement plans.
• Collaborate with Product Management, IT, and Training teams to drive long-term strategy and sustainability.
• Understand customer concerns around process unit phase separation, fouling, and corrosion issues, develop corrective action plans, and communicate with the commercial team.
• Gather industry intelligence and market trends to inform business development.
• Make technical presentations to customers and develop engineering and installation work scopes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Petroleum Chemical Engineering is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in refinery process chemical treatment sales and service or combined experience in process chemical sales with refinery process engineering.
• Strong problem-solving skills, customer focus, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
