Field Service Engineer - Remote

Overview

As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing water treatment equipment, ensuring client sites are visited and serviced according to their service level agreements.

In Short

• Deliver hands-on servicing and repair of water treatment equipment.
• Manage your own diary for client site visits.
• Perform routine maintenance and emergency call-outs.
• Install and commission new equipment.
• Ensure customer sign-off of work.
• Promote service contracts and report new opportunities.
• Maintain spare parts stock and tools.
• Work independently on customer sites.
• Participate actively in equipment servicing.
• Communicate effectively with customers.

Requirements

• Relevant Equipment Service experience in an electro-mechanical environment.
• Ability to work alone on customer sites.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to work weekends for emergency work.
• Full UK Driving licence.
• Able to cover the Leicester, Coventry, Northampton area.
