Overview

You will be responsible for the development, implementation, and optimization of customer engagement and retention initiatives within the iGaming sector. This role is vital in ensuring that our customers enjoy a seamless and engaging gaming experience.

In Short

  • Monitoring the marketplace, competitive landscape, industry trends, and 3rd party data sources to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Proactively proposing new activities, tests, and channels.
  • Analysing customer data to segment the player base effectively.
  • Creating and managing email marketing campaigns and automated customer journeys.
  • Overseeing loyalty programs and promotions to incentivize player activity.
  • Managing communication across various channels for consistent messaging.
  • Analysing player behaviour and campaign performance to improve CRM strategies.
  • Conducting A/B tests to optimise content and communication strategies.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams on CRM initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in CRM or content writing in the iGaming industry.
  • Finnish language fluency (a must have).
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making proficiency.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools.
  • Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content.
  • Deep understanding of iGaming customer behavior (an advantage).
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and responsible gaming practices.
  • Results-driven with commitment to achieving KPIs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
