Overview

The Manager, Leave Administration, Retirement, and Wellness Programs oversees the day-to-day operations of the company’s leave administration functions and employee wellness programs, ensuring effective administration and compliance.

Requirements

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience with HR Systems, Workday preferred.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with initiative.
