Insights & Reporting Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Insights & Reporting Analyst will support and deliver all aspects of data, reporting, and analytics for a leading fintech solutions provider.

In Short

• Develop and standardize reporting and data analysis.
• Identify reporting trends and data quality issues.
• Build dashboards and support key performance metrics.
• Test and review reports for accuracy.
• Investigate data anomalies and propose solutions.
• Work with users and leaders to meet data analysis goals.
• Prepare and analyze data quality for reports.
• Participate in the development of presentations and report layouts.
• Plan and design fraud reports.
• Utilize statistical tools for forecasting and optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in SQL development or MIS reporting.
• Experience with macros, queries, and flat files.
• Familiarity with BI tools like Tableau and PowerBI preferred.
