Client Delivery Analyst III (Existing Business) - Remote

Overview

The Client Delivery Analyst III supports the successful implementation of various complex financial institution debit and/or credit projects through the execution of various technical tasks and quality checks.

In Short

• Lead client consultation on business and technical requirements.
• Coordinate all phases of operational implementation of technical project deliverables.
• Conduct Gap Analysis to define system set-up requirements.
• Provide consulting and guidance to clients on best approaches for implementations.
• Ensure quality in the implementation process and communicate technical aspects with vendors.
• Provide technical support during design, development, and implementation phases.
• Assist with training and mentorship of less tenured Analysts.
• Perform after-hours on-call support for project installations.
• Identify improvements to defined processes within the department.
• Develop working relationships with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Training in Six Sigma Methodology preferred.
• Seven years of related experience in the payment processing industry.
• Five years of business or system analysis experience.
• Three years of client-facing project support experience.
• Experience in card processing conversions.
