Join Veeva as we advance our MedTech customers through the adoption of Clinical Operations Solutions. As a Services Lead, you are accountable for scoping and delivering successful implementations and for building long-term, trusted relationships with your customers.

In Short

• Accountable for MedTech customer success with Veeva Clinical Operations solutions through efficient and appreciated services
• Lead the Services pre-sales activities for Veeva Clinical Operations
• Partner with Veeva Product and Strategy teams
• Onboard and enable resources to successfully deliver on MedTech projects
• Provide continuous oversight to ensure delivery success
• Manage escalations and act as the trusted services advisor
• Support the hiring process and contribute to the team’s development
• Drive staffing to get the right people on the right projects
• Coordinate across projects to ensure lessons learned are shared

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare or other regulated industries
• Ability to partner cross-functionally
• Demonstrated tenacity in Services pre-sales activities
• Establish and maintain long term customer relationships
• Proven track record of leading complex software implementation projects
