• Develop and execute a comprehensive messaging strategy for Veeva’s Site Solutions.
• Craft communication materials that highlight the value of site-facing products.
• Serve as the primary contact for research sites, understanding their needs.
• Build relationships with Sponsors and CROs regarding Veeva’s site solutions.
• Facilitate Sponsor-Site conversations and engagements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams for strategic alignment.
• Provide feedback to the Product team for product enhancements.
• Monitor industry trends to inform messaging and product positioning.
• Analyze market data for communication improvement opportunities.
• Represent Veeva at industry events as a thought leader.

Requirements

• 8 years in strategic roles in life sciences or healthcare technology.
• Experience engaging with Sponsors, CROs, and research sites.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and influence product development.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects.
• Willingness to travel as needed for customer engagement.
