Overview

This is a high-impact FP&A leadership role designed for a strategic finance professional with strong executive presence and a clear trajectory toward a future CFO position.

In Short

Lead company-wide financial planning, forecasting, and long-range strategic modeling.
Partner closely with the CEO, CRO, Product, Operations, and Payments teams.
Translate complex financial data into clear insights for executive leadership.
Own and refine payment-specific unit economics.
Analyze profitability by customer segment, corridor, product, and partner model.
Build and maintain scalable FP&A models.
Define and track key financial and operational KPIs.
Mentor junior FP&A team members.
Play an active role in shaping finance strategy.
Drive accountability through variance analysis and performance reviews.

Requirements

7-10+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance.
Experience in fintech, payments, SaaS, or high-growth technology companies.
Proven experience partnering with senior executives.
Deep expertise in FP&A, financial modeling, and forecasting.
Exceptional communication skills.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
