Program Manager - Site Reliability Engineering - Remote

Overview

The Veeam Data Cloud team is looking for a Program Manager with expertise in the SRE domain. As part of our Site Reliability Engineering team you will help coordinate and track the work of the SRE team and improve our Incident Management processes.

In Short

• Collaborate with leaders and teams across SRE, Engineering, Support, and Product.
• Utilize just enough process to create visibility into progress and risks.
• Proactively identify potential roadblocks and keep projects on track.
• Act as the key point of contact between SRE and other teams.
• Drive improvements in incident management process.
• Act as an Incident Leader for large-running incidents.
• Provide training and mentoring in incident management best practices.
• Oversee post-incident reviews and root cause analysis.
• Define and track key incident metrics.
• Communicate status, risks, and mitigation plans across the organization.

Requirements

• 4-5 years managing operations focused projects in a SaaS environment.
• 5+ years in a program or project management role managing complex projects.
• Experience implementing and coordinating Incident Management processes.
• B.S. degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
