Overview

The Account Development Representative supports our EMEA sales motion, working in a hybrid setup from our office in Dublin and from home.

In Short

• Support Regional Sales Manager by identifying new business opportunities.
• Engage with existing and old opportunities to assist in progressing them down the sales funnel.
• Apply critical thinking to make recommendations in undefined scenarios.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Enjoy a lively role with ownership of success.
• Committed to learning and development.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• 1-2 years in a prospecting or ADR equivalent role.
• Confident in contacting prospects and customers professionally.
• Knowledge of the IT/Cyber security industry is a plus.
