The Financial Counseling Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of financial counseling staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing various healthcare programs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years in health insurance or financial counseling.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Experience with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred.
• Certified Application Counselor (CAC) required within 1 year.
• CRCS-I or CPAM certification required within 1 year.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changes.
• Experience with State and Government Insurance programs preferred.
• Physical ability to perform required tasks.
