Venture Associate - Remote

Overview

The Venture Associate will be the primary relationship lead for a portfolio of emerging venture capital firms, helping them build and scale their funds while providing exceptional support across the Decile Group platform.

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of venture capital managers
• Understand each fund’s stage, goals, and operational needs
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure high-quality support
• Track and manage interactions using internal tools
• Identify opportunities to improve the fund manager journey
• Continuously learn about the venture ecosystem

Requirements

• 3+ years in customer success or account management
• 1–2+ years in venture capital or related experience
• Deep digital literacy and comfort with new tools
• Proven ability to navigate complex customer issues
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High emotional intelligence and empathy
• Proactive and self-directed
• Analytical and detail-oriented
• Thrives in a fast-moving startup environment
