Accelerator Associate - Remote

Overview

The Accelerator Associate will help scale operations at Decile Group, overseeing multiple venture capital funds and supporting the VC Lab team in a fast-paced startup environment.

In Short

• Organize and manage admissions communications
• Help with organizing events for the Accelerator Community
• Improve operational processes, workflow, docs, and tools
• Track quality, execution, and build reports on enrolled participants
• Manage all stakeholders including participants, mentors etc.
• Help provide support on Slack and various other channels

Requirements

• Previous experience with accelerator operations
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and analytical nature
• A strong personal interest in Venture Capital
