As a Software Engineer at Parsons, you will be part of a team building secure, mission-critical systems for national defense and government modernization efforts.

In Short

Develop and maintain core components of a modular platform framework.
Build secure, scalable APIs and microservices for data integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless interoperability.
Design user interfaces and workflows for data exploration.
Leverage cloud-native architectures for deployment and scaling.
Participate in agile development cycles and peer reviews.
Ensure code quality and platform stability.
Work with modern frontend frameworks like React or Angular.
Integrate with third-party services and data storage solutions.
Understand federal data security standards and compliance frameworks.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
3+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
Proficiency in backend languages and frontend frameworks.
Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Familiarity with Docker/Kubernetes and CI/CD practices.
Knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
Active TS/SCI clearance preferred.
Understanding of authorization/authentication standards.
