Operations Research and Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior-Level Intelligence Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will be integral in modeling and simulation of defensive weapon systems against peer adversaries.

In Short

• Perform research and data analysis of foreign weapon systems.
• Examine intelligence information for technical details on model performance.
• Document discrepancies for necessary model updates.
• Produce tailored intelligence products based on stakeholder requirements.
• Develop plausible threat scenarios within simulation frameworks.
• Conduct all-source analysis of military capabilities.
• Analyze simulation results to assess threat performance.
• Communicate complex study results to clients.
• Integrate into the Parsons C4 and M&S team.
• Work with government stakeholders and coordinate requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field with 8+ years of experience.
• Ability to work independently or in teams.
• Creative thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of weapons systems operations research analysis techniques.
• Experience in negotiating and defending findings.
• Ability to lead study teams and originate new ideas.
• Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
