Overview

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Civil Inspector (Roads & Utilities) to ensure the successful execution and quality of road and utility infrastructure projects through thorough inspections and adherence to company standards.

In Short

• Conduct inspections of utility systems including water, sewer, gas, and electrical.
• Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Enforce safety regulations and quality control standards on site.
• Perform regular site visits to track construction progress.
• Support development of standardized inspection procedures.
• Organize and manage inspection records.
• Must have a diploma/degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5 years of experience in Roads and Utilities supervision.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience in Abu Dhabi or GCC is preferred.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
