Armed Security Officer - Remote

Overview

Parsons is seeking an Armed Security Officer with an active Top Secret clearance to monitor facility access and respond to various incidents on base.

In Short

• Control access to facility by monitoring surveillance equipment.
• Inspect vehicles and ensure proper identification for personnel.
• Respond to emergencies including medical, fire, and bomb threats.
• Maintain proficiency in the use of assigned equipment and weapons.
• Attend 40 hours of In-Service Training annually.
• Must possess at least 6 months of relevant experience.
• Pass an annual physical fitness evaluation.
• Meet qualification standards with firearms.
• Complete FEMA Courses 100, 200, 700, and 800.
• Work as part of the Federal Solutions team serving US government customers.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret security clearance required.
• Experience in Law Enforcement, Security, or military preferred.
• Ability to pass physical fitness tests.
• First Aid and CPR certification.
• Training in FEMA courses.
