Overview

As a Staff Product Designer at Vanta, you will shape the vision and execution of the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) product area, driving design excellence in a complex and impactful area of our product.

• Track record of maintaining high executional quality.
• Independent in driving discovery processes.
• Skilled in leading design from ambiguity to execution.
• Strong mentoring and influencing skills.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and complex problem-solving.
• Proven success in driving design strategy.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in managing complex projects.
• Portfolio showcasing effective product solutions required.
