  • Mentor and develop direct reports for team success.
  • Ability to travel within the U.S. and internationally as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 6+ years of business development experience in healthcare communications or biotechnology.
  • Deep understanding of commercial, medical affairs, and digital healthcare landscapes.
  • Experience meeting or exceeding revenue targets in AI, analytics, or digital services.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing principles and tools.
