Overview

The Resource Allocation Analyst maintains clear and accurate data in Salesforce and OpenAir, coordinating with the bookings team to manage bookings and assignments for consultants.

In Short

• Manage bookings and assignments for consultants in OpenAir.
• Coordinate with the Supply and Demand team.
• Validate project migration from Salesforce to OpenAir.
• Create tasks in OpenAir and assign roles.
• Perform audits and resolve discrepancies in bookings.
• Monitor reporting and KPIs in PowerBI.
• Assist with maintaining data accuracy.
• Provide direction to consultants on booking issues.
• Work independently and proactively resolve issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.

Requirements

• Experience with OpenAir and/or Salesforce systems.
• Familiarity with PowerBI as a reporting tool.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Ability to manage and implement changes to processes.
• Ability to work independently and resolve issues.
