Portfolio Financial Controller - Remote

Overview

The Portfolio Financial Controller will coordinate and manage period-end close, budgeting and forecasting, statutory compliance and reporting, integrations of new businesses, and ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis for a portfolio of acquired companies.

• Monitor and analyze performance strategies to identify areas of opportunity.
• Drive financial planning by analyzing performance and risks of the portfolio.

• Oversee and review accounting tasks, including tax and compliance.
• Lead and organize annual statutory audits.

• Support ERP system implementation and integration activities.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Qualified financial accountant (ACCA) with a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar.
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with team management experience.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and internal controls.
• Working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite ERP considered an asset.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
