M&A Senior Analyst - Remote

Overview

Valsoft is looking for a talented, versatile, and passionate person to lead the fact-finding due-diligence mission of our M&A target companies.

In Short

• Conduct thorough due diligence assessments on target companies by analyzing complex data sets.
• Perform financial analysis and modelling to evaluate deal structures.
• Provide execution support to deal leads through the acquisition process.
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing due diligence findings.
• Conduct market and industry research to identify trends and risks.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Support deal negotiations and post-merger integration planning.
• 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a quantitative field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Requirements

• Intermediate/Advanced financial modelling skills.
• CFA or CIIA preferred.
• Familiarity with a buy and build model and VMS or software experience.
• Fluent in additional languages (German, French, Dutch, Spanish).
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
