Overview

Valor Healthcare is looking for a Quality Assurance program manager to join our proposal team for a government contract to support the Global Nurse Advice Line (NAL) which is a service to Military Health System (MHS) eligible beneficiaries.

In Short

  • Responsible for monitoring the quality assurance and related processes.
  • Coordinating QA initiatives and credentialing activities.
  • Lead and supervise a team of healthcare professionals.
  • Manage the implementation of nurse triage programs.
  • Develop comprehensive plans for program execution.
  • Oversee the formal tracking and reporting of program performance metrics.
  • Maintain the highest standards of patient care and quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for project success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a QA program.
  • 3 years of experience in a clinical setting required.
  • Experience in QA within healthcare or telehealth settings.
  • Proven experience in supervisory positions.
  • Ability to develop and implement QA protocols.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of QA best practices and quality metrics.
  • US Citizenship is required.
