Oncology Pharmacist (PharmD) - Government Contract - Remote

Overview

The Oncology Pharmacist will provide medication therapy management for cancer patients, focusing on chemotherapy and other oncology procedures. This role is part of a telehealth initiative supporting veterans.

• Full-time position responsible for oncology patient care.
• Telehealth role based out of the Durham, NC VA Medical Center.

• Support satellite pharmacy operations for injectable drugs.

• Requires Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree.
• Must have a current pharmacist license and BLS/ACLS certification.

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a clinical pharmacy residency.
• At least 3 years of experience in oncology and hematology.
• Current pharmacist license for any state.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems.
• Successful completion of federal background checks.
