Financial Accountant (gn) - Remote

Overview

The Financial Accountant will be responsible for processing and recording incoming invoices, managing company funds, and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

In Short

• Review, record, and book incoming invoices from suppliers and employee expense reports.
• Independently create weekly payment orders.
• Record assets in asset accounting.
• Reconcile personal and balance sheet accounts.
• Manage and book company funds, PayPal accounts, and company credit cards.
• Handle incoming reminders and resolve inquiries independently.

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in accounts payable.
• Good knowledge of SAP R/3 or S/4HANA.
• Fluent in German.
• Good English skills (minimum B2 level).
