Financial Accountant (gn) - Remote

Overview

The Bikeleasing service is experiencing strong growth, and we are looking for a Financial Accountant (gn) for our location in Uslar and remote. You will be part of a dynamic environment that values not only professional expertise but also collective success. Our goal is clear: to build and internationalize more locations and teams. This means that as part of our large accounting team, alongside operational tasks, you will continuously improve, expand, and optimize existing structures. With your support and input, we will take the Bikeleasing service further.

In Short

• You will support the timely and accurate preparation of local quarterly and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS.
• You will monitor and carry out monthly closings, focusing on topics such as provisions, deferred taxes, equity valuation, software, and asset accounting.
• You will assist in the documentation, introduction, and optimization of new processes in accounting and their interfaces.
• You will work on intercompany reconciliations and analyses.
• You will maintain close communication with external partners and colleagues from group companies.

Requirements

• You have either a completed commercial training or relevant further education with professional experience or a degree in economics or business administration.
• You have solid knowledge in accounting according to HGB, as well as relevant experience with SAP in financial accounting and financial statement preparation. Knowledge of IFRS accounting is an advantage.
• You possess a strong understanding of the processes of individual and consolidated financial statement preparation.
• Communicating complex issues to target groups is one of your strengths.
• Team spirit and communication skills, combined with a high degree of personal responsibility, characterize you.
