Overview

As a Performance Marketing Manager at VALID, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of digital advertising campaigns for our renowned clients in the energy, industry, and health sectors. Your focus will be on data-driven marketing measures, which you continuously optimize to achieve maximum performance. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary teams from strategy, creation, and customer consulting.

• Planning, management, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns (Social Media Advertising and SEA) on platforms like LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads.
• Budget planning, audience management, and forecasting to maximize campaign efficiency.
• SEO and SEA management: creation and optimization of Google Ads campaigns and conducting keyword analyses using tools like Google Keyword Planner and PageRangers.
• Analysis and reporting: monitoring campaign performance, creating reports, and deriving actionable recommendations for clients.
• Media planning: developing media plans focusing on social media and SEA measures.
• Client consulting: direct communication with clients for strategic planning, regular presentation of results and recommendations.
• Management of tools and platforms: setup, administration, and optimization of social media and performance marketing tools.
• Competitive and market analyses: observing current trends and deriving proactive recommendations.
• Boosting social media posts to achieve specific client goals (e.g., reach, engagement, video views).
• Consultation on best practices, successful formats, and ad strategies.

Requirements

• At least three years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a digital or media agency.
• Solid knowledge of Google Ads, social media advertising (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube), SEO, and SEA tools.
• Proven experience in data analysis, tracking, and reporting – particularly with Excel, Google Analytics, and other analysis tools.
• Experience in strategic client consulting and presenting results.
