In Short

• Responsible for preparatory accounting in the Finance Team across locations
• Manage collaboration with the tax office
• Oversee monthly financial statements
• Support consolidation of the corporate group
• Monitor project budgets
• Track cash flows and liquidity
• Assist with forecasting
• Prepare reports for management and PE investors
• Work closely with management and operational teams

Requirements

• Completed degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Finance or Controlling
• Several years of professional experience in finance or controlling, preferably in an agency or service sector (SME)
• Solid knowledge in financial analysis and budget planning as well as in financial reporting
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex financial issues understandably
• High level of responsibility, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and in a team
• Fluent in German
