Data Analyst - Remote

In Short

• Work with large data sets and build metrics to provide insights on Clinical Outcomes, Revenue Cycle Management, Finance, Business Development, and Marketing.
• Identify key insights to leverage claims and business measure data.
• Build and maintain internal-facing, self-service dashboards for department leads.
• Develop processes around data collection, integration, and reporting.
• Partner with department leads to improve clinical and operational practices.
• Communicate technical information effectively to leadership.
• Create business requirements documents and user training manuals.
• Conduct data analysis using SQL, AWS tools, Python, and spreadsheets.
• Review the progress of recommended changes for continuous improvement.
• Handle ad hoc projects as requested by the manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
• 1-3 years of Analytics experience in a technology-focused organization.
• Hands-on experience working with non-technical end-business users.
• Advanced in SQL (AWS Athena, Presto, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Python experience for API integrations and data processing.
• Proficient in Excel (data manipulation, VLOOKUP).
• Experience building impactful BI dashboards.
• Experience in the full analytics cycle: data management, analysis, visualization.
