Overview

The Head of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) will lead the development of a robust health, safety, and environmental culture across Valeo Foods UK, influencing practices and ensuring compliance across all sites.

• Lead the creation and implementation of HSE strategy across UK operations.

Requirements

• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Solid understanding of UK health and safety legislation.
• Experience in HSE management within manufacturing or FMCG sectors.
• Strong communication skills to influence and inspire.
• Organized, proactive, and curious mindset.
• Experience in a growing or acquisitive business is a plus.
