We are seeking a Bilingual Recruitment Specialist to join our client's team and support all Talent Acquisition efforts for their business.

In Short

• Remote position focused on recruitment in Latin America.
• Work schedule is Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST.
• Requires fluent written and spoken English (C1/C2).
• Involves sourcing and contacting potential applicants.
• Publishing job posts on various recruitment platforms.
• Screening incoming applicants and organizing the interview process.
• Conducting interviews and maintaining records.
• Keeping ATS and department admin folders updated.
• Completing and submitting reports and metrics.
• Engaging in other administrative activities related to the role.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using ATS.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
