Overview

We are seeking a Bilingual HR Operations Support to monitor project progress and provide guidance to our Virtual Assistants while ensuring effective communication across departments.

In Short

  • Work remotely from Latin America (Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Ecuador, Peru, Nicaragua).
  • Full-time position, Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm EST.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English (C1/C2).
  • Act as the primary contact for Virtual Assistants.
  • Implement a personalized Virtual Assistant Management Plan.
  • Monitor ongoing work relationships and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist with HR duties including onboarding and retention strategies.
  • Facilitate communication with Finance, HR, and Account Management teams.
  • Utilize time-tracking software to monitor working hours.
  • Implement strategies to manage productivity issues.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in HR or project coordination.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and implement solutions.
  • Proficient in using time-tracking and project management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
