Working Student in Customer Success - Remote

Overview

VAARHAFT is a young startup that deals with the authentication of digital media. In an age of publicly accessible generative AI, creating deepfakes has become child's play, meaning that the authenticity of digital images and videos can no longer be blindly trusted.

Our mission is to preserve the credibility of digital media and protect companies from fraud involving manipulated images, videos, or documents with our solutions. We are active in all industries where the credibility of digital images is essential. Among other things, we prevent image-based insurance fraud and uncover document forgeries in the banking sector.

As a working student in Customer Success, you will be the right hand of our Customer Success Managers. You will accompany our customers on their journey with our product and ensure that everything runs smoothly in the background. You will learn how to build long-term customer relationships and lead projects to success.

In Short

• Preparation and follow-up: Create presentation materials for onboarding and review meetings.
• First-line support: Respond to written customer inquiries and forward them as needed.
• Project tracking: Monitor customer projects and important milestones.
• Health score check: Analyze customer software use and identify areas for support.
• Performing batch analyses: Organize and evaluate batch analyses professionally.
• Content creation: Assist in creating help articles or best practice guides.

Requirements

• Enrolled in a degree program in business administration, communication, business informatics, or a comparable field for at least one more year.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Confident in written and spoken communication skills (German & English).
• Proactive and able to identify work needs.
• Enjoy working in a team with open communication.
