Overview

As a Senior UX Designer at UW, you will own design work for complex product areas, demonstrating strong craft and collaboration skills while contributing to product strategy through user insight and design direction.

• Strong prioritization and communication skills.
• Experience in facilitating large-scale meetings.
• Ability to operate autonomously across multiple initiatives.
• Deep understanding of user segments and KPIs.
• Experience in giving feedback and guiding junior members.
