Overview

The Client Service Representative role involves providing Level 1 telephone support to external clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and effectively communicating about genomics testing services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (science background preferred).
  • Knowledge of basic genetic concepts and terminology.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
  • Skilled in prioritization and multitasking.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or laboratory setting preferred.
