The Director of Observational Research at McKesson will lead a team responsible for conducting and overseeing real-world evidence studies in hematology and oncology, ensuring high quality and timely delivery of research.

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare and oncology required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with RWD for regulatory decision making preferred.
• Ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Close collaboration with internal and external partners.
