Ethics & Compliance Director - Remote

Overview

The Ethics & Compliance Director reports to the Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer and works with the entire Ethics & Compliance team to execute all aspects of TNC’s ethics and compliance program, particularly in the United States, Canada, the Caribbean and Micronesia.

• Work during core business hours of the North America Region.
• Lead and manage staff in a matrixed environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Five years of relevant experience in ethics and compliance.
• Experience conducting internal investigations.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to establish relationships in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience organizing and managing projects across functions.
• Experience with MS Office 365 tools.
• Fluency in English required.
• Willingness to work during core business hours.
• Advanced degree or certification in compliance-related fields preferred.
