Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Materials Science, or Chemistry.
• One year of manufacturing or laboratory experience.
• Current valid Driver’s License.
• Experience in adhesive manufacturing is a plus.
• Proficiency in design of experiments and statistical methods.
• Ability to lead and contribute to cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to define and execute product verification plans.
• Effective communication skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship.
