D2C Sales and Service Representative - Remote

Overview

This is a unique opportunity to join our growing Customer Care and Consumer Engagement Team as a Consumer Sales & Service Representative. This role combines elements of customer service, relationship management, sales, and post service experience.

In Short

• Main point of contact for Online/eCommerce direct consumers.
• Drive internet sales while building consumer loyalty.
• Provide consultation and resolution services throughout the purchase order to fulfilment process.
• Qualify consumers and close sales through various engagement channels.
• Meet and exceed key performance indicators and revenue goals.
• Assist consumers with navigating websites and placing orders online.
• Document standard operating procedures for consumer journey.
• Share successful selling techniques with colleagues.
• Engage in continuous improvement and innovative mindset.
• Flexible and adaptive to internal processes and changes.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service in a contact center.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with consumer goods sales.
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, and selling skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Ability to navigate between multiple applications.
• Initiative and adaptability to ongoing changes.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Three or more years of experience in Sales, eCommerce, and Customer Service.
• Experience with back-office functions.
