• Seeking an Internal Auditor to join our team.
• Role can work remote with occasional travel to Headquarters in Grand Rapids, MI.
• Provides independent assurance on risk management, governance, and internal control systems.
• Focus on technology, cybersecurity, and compliance risks.
• Conduct audits, risk assessments, and prepare reports.
• Manage the company’s risk management program.
• Lead and manage external audits by third-party firms.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Finance, and Compliance teams.
• Participate in fraud investigations and policy development.
• Travel as required for on-site audits.

Requirements

• Familiarity with compliance standards (ISO27001, PCI, HIPAA, GDRP, NIST, SOC1 & SOC2).
• Valid driver’s license and insurance.
• Experience with Internal Audit reporting.
• High degree of accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.
• Integrity, Communication, Trustworthiness.
• Accountability, Leadership, Business Acumen.
• Mission Alignment, Strategic Awareness.
• Bachelor's Degree or 4+ Years Professional Experience in IT or Information Assurance.
• 4+ Years Experience in internal audit, risk, or compliance.
• CISA or CIA certification preferred.
