Internal Auditor - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a strong Internal Audit professional to join Kyndryl’s General Auditor Organization (GAO) to perform objective and independent financial and operational internal audits in accordance with professional standards of internal auditing and internal guidelines.

In Short

• Perform risk-based, objective, and independent financial and operational audits.
• Conduct all phases of the audit engagements including planning and scoping.
• Identify and evaluate risks and opportunities.
• Develop and conduct testing to evaluate processes and controls.
• Report findings and suggest improvements.
• Utilize strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Communicate audit status and results effectively.
• Solid experience in internal audit and risk management.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Preferred experience in Big Four firms.

Requirements

• Solid experience with internal controls and risk management.
• Experience leading audits and performing risk assessments.
• Strong knowledge of Global Internal Audit Standards.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Certifications such as CIA, CPA, CISA, or CFE preferred.
• Experience working globally and across multiple time zones.
