In Short

• Full-time position as Cloud Services Administrator.
• Critical role within the Technical Operations Center team.
• Primary point of contact for Tier 2 customer support.
• Deliver world-class customer service.
• Mentor Tier 1 support agents.
• Resolve complex technical problems independently.
• Participate in special projects as directed.
• Availability for on-call support required.
• Experience in data center or telecom environment preferred.
• Education: Associate's degree or 2+ years of professional experience.

Requirements

• Administrative experience in Operating Systems, Hypervisors, Data Protection, and Public Clouds.
• Certifications in Cloud, Data Protection, and Disaster Recovery preferred.
• Skills in problem solving, strategic thinking, and collaboration.
• Must achieve CJIS certification within introductory period.
