• Manage, drive, and own the full cycle recruiting process for various business groups.
• Continuously build a diverse talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
• Partner with the broader recruiting team to build efficient processes.
• Act as an advocate for both the company and candidates.
• Experience in AI tools is a plus.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of full-cycle business recruiting experience.
• Proven ability to source and close business talent.
• Experience coaching hiring managers on interview best practices.
• Strong expertise using ATS platforms and recruiting tools.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
