Spanish Speaking Office 365 Proactive Copilot Ambassador - Remote

Overview

One of Upwork's largest clients, an American multinational technology company, is in search of a Spanish Speaking Office 365 Proactive Copilot Ambassador with strong communication skills and knowledge on M365 Copilot and technologies. The Proactive Copilot Ambassador will utilize their expertise in Office 365 products and services to provide technical support and advise customers by helping them gain the most from their O365 subscriptions. The Ambassador will have excellent native or bilingual English and Spanish speaking, listening and chat skills. Someone who is also available immediately.

• Technical Expertise: Ambassadors must possess a deep understanding and hands-on experience of Office 365 applications and Copilot functionalities.
• Customer Engagement: Ambassadors will engage with customers, provide demonstrations, and offer support for Copilot features.
• Feedback Collection: Ambassadors will gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences with Copilot.
• Training and Support: Ambassadors will provide support and demonstrations to customers.
• Documentation: Ambassadors will create and maintain documentation related to Copilot usage.

Requirements

• Strong command of the English and Spanish language
• Superior communication skills including active listening
• Knowledge on Office 365 technologies
• Experience with O365 web applications and feature sets
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Persuasion skills are a plus
• A positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients
• Ability to speak a second language may be advantageous
