Overview

The Dutch Speaking M365 Proactive Copilot Ambassador will utilize their expertise in Microsoft 365 products and services to provide technical support and advise customers by helping them gain the most from their M365 subscriptions.

In Short

• Provide technical support for M365 Copilot.
• Engage with customers to enhance their experience.
• Gather feedback to improve user experience.
• Conduct training and demonstrations for customers.
• Create and maintain documentation related to Copilot.
• Communicate effectively in English and Dutch.
• Work remotely with specific device requirements.
• Participate in onboarding processes including background checks.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve customer issues.
• Drive the adoption of Copilot among customers.

Requirements

• Extensive technical knowledge of Office 365 and Copilot.
• Strong command of English and Dutch languages.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Knowledge of M365 technologies (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
• Experience with O365 web applications.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships with clients.
• Positive attitude and persuasion skills are a plus.
• Ability to speak a second language may be advantageous.
